Essential Functions as a Renewable Energy Retail Associate:

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, sales team, management, and retail personnel
• Collaborates productively and respectfully with team members to meet or exceed sales goals and increase customer retainment

Essential Requirements of a Renewable Energy Retail Associate: 

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business management, energy systems, sustainability or related fields is a bonus
• Basic knowledge of renewable energy and sales is a plus but not a must
• Experience in leadership, management, sales, or promotions
• Demonstrate sound judgment and decision making abilities
• Established reputation for honest ethical leadership and leading by example
• Successfully achieving and attaining personal/team sales goals
• Expert in public speaking and presenting
