Retail Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Interact and greet potential customers, introduce our clean energy alternatives in order to educate customers, meet their individual needs, and close sales in a retail setting
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance expectations in each location, including personal and team sales goals
- Communicate a desire for ongoing learning and welcome all available opportunities to increase individual and team performance
- Completes sales transactions quickly and accurately while maintaining confidentiality standards
- Create, foster, and grow relationships with clients by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Use available tools to stay current on clean energy initiatives and help execute profitable sales growth
Retail Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Proven success in customer service or clean energy sales
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Outgoing, friendly, driven, and energetic personality
- Excellent face-to-face relationship-building skills
- Ability to grasp people's attention and draw them in
- Skilled at problem-solving and conflict resolution
- High energy, great organization skills, and uncompromising Integrity
- Tremendous sense of urgency and customer service orientation
