The primary purpose of this position is to learn all aspects of our sales and customer acquisition firm. As our clients’ demands grow, so does our need for exceptional Entry Level Manager team members. Our goal is to go above and beyond expectations.
Entry Level Manager Responsibilities:
- Successfully negotiate your way through our rigorous and highly selective training with an emphasis on customer service, sales, and face-to-face interaction in a retail setting
- Master the business on the front line ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, sales promos, increasing incremental revenue, and building a loyal clientele
- Become an expert in our client's services and the entire sales process and cycle working with our customers
- Manage a team of 10-15 individuals: Coaching, and motivating your team to drive sales that deliver exceptional customer service, developing sales and marketing strategies, hiring and developing new employees, and reviewing ongoing performance assessments.
- Recommend appropriate corrective action when necessary holding yourself and team accountable for sales production and quality
- Full knowledge of appropriate systems and procedures
- Recognize and respond to performance flaws with honest and direct communication to improve sales margins and increase customer retention
Entry Level Manager Qualifications:
- Leadership and management experience
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales setting
- Enjoy training, developing, mentoring, and motivating others.
- Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Active listening skills and the ability to be resourceful and versatile to adapt quickly to all types of individuals.
- High-levels of integrity, strong work ethic, responsible, and positive outlook
